It is located at the far edge of this area, on the trail, and has grown thickly together into a large clump. Adjacent on the north side is R. ‘Mrs. G. W. Leak.

(2001) This plant is a hybrid of the maximum species. It is located in the far north end of Area 2C on the Glen Map of 1990. It is bounded by the Pine Woods Trail on the west, the fence on the east, and the East Entrance on the north. It is located on the trail and is the first rhodo that you see from the East Entrance.

(Before 1980) A very large, old plant – likely one of the early plantings in the Glen. It is located on the trail, where the Pine Woods Trail forms the east side of the Azalea Circle. It is near the point where the Azalea Circle bends towards the southwest. The accession number is 80-V-317.

This is a Sutherland hybrid, located just off the trail, just northeast of another Sutherland hybrid, ‘Vivacious x Leola’.

It is located on the trail, adjacent on the north side, to R.’Kaye Player’. The hybridizer is Mike Stilwell, ‘Maxecat x hyperythrum’.

(2011) This plant is located in the small area bounded by the Pine Woods Trail on the west, the fence on the east, the Scout Bridge Trail on the south and an extensive growth of ‘Maxecat’ rhodos on the north. It is located off the trail, not far from the Scout Bridge Trail, and just east of R. ‘Iona’. Southerland created the hybrid: ‘Red River x hyperythrum. The accession number is 11-V-004.
